| about me |
Hi! I’m Nicole, a mom of three with a passion for guiding women through the most challenging of life’s transitions. I’m also a licensed psychotherapist, certified in perinatal mental health, and a certified clinical hypnotherapist.
I love being a mother, but that doesn’t mean I’m always in love with motherhood. I’ve been there, in the trenches, exhausted, overstimulated, unable to even recognize myself. Being a therapist doesn’t exclude me from anxiety, overwhelm, or craving support. Being a mother doesn’t exclude you either.
I became a therapist because I believe no one should have to navigate life’s hardest seasons alone. After becoming pregnant with my first child, I became painfully aware of the fractures in care and support for perinatal and postpartum women. The quiet suffering. The piercing isolation. The heaviness of self judgement. My experiences shaped both my clinical work and my heart for this population.
My work is grounded in the belief that you are not broken, but rather you are responding to what you’ve lived through. Even if we don’t end up working together, I want you to know you matter. You deserve kindness and grace, especially from within.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. I promise you, no one does.
